This is quite solid and appears well made, and can be locked without key. The bright yellow colour will halp towards the deterrance value. I used to own an old "The club" but I think this is better.

The Club is well built. It fits perfectly on the steering wheel of my F-150. The bright yellow adds visibility to let would be thieves know that the vehicle is protected. It is easy to use and only takes a few seconds to put on and take off. It is not a guarantee that the vehicle will not be targeted but it is one more step to deter potential thieves. I just bought another one for our other vehicle. Highly recommended.

I have used "The Club" devices on all of my vehicles for over a decade now. As a result, I am pleased to say that I have never had any of my vehicles stolen or even tampered with for that matter. Besides being a visual deterrent to thieves, the Club 3100 is made of heavy gauge material and is sure to last for many years. As a Testament, all of the club devices that I have purchased over the years are still functional and work just fine. I have transferred them from one vehicle to another over the years. The bottom-line is that this device is simple to use and for many it is sure to protect your second most valuable investment, your car.
