At Last an easy phone to use,once set up no problem,sound nice and clear.would recommend this phone for hard of hearing.

Purchased as a replacement for a BT digital voice handset, seems easier for my elderly dad, the buttons are big and easy for him, plus minimal extra unnecessary buttons to confuse him. Sound quality isn't bad. Was a bit awkward for me to set-up so the phone book on the BT Hub worked. Still need to figure out how to clear the missed call notifications on this handset. Build quality is good, nice and clear layout, it works with the BT fibre hub.

Bought this for a 90 year old relative who stuffers with dementia. The two buttons labelled A and B are great for the two people we need them to be able to call at the press of just one button making it very easy to use. I bought a refurbished 'warehouse' example of this phone as a future proof, cat-iq compatible phone that will work after the old post-office telephone network is switched off in December 2025, but I ended up returning it. Please note that this phone doesn't need a base station, it's future proof and it works perfectly with lots of newer Internet routers, like my fibre-to-the-home 'Fritz box'. If you like the look of it, you can probably pick one up for 15 quid. The phone was not damaged and was a bargain, but compared with one of the three Panasonic cat-iq compatible phones sold in Germany (I got the sexy white KX-TGQ200), I just didn't appreciate the style of this Gigaset model and sent it back. The sound quality was good, however. It's designed for older people and the keys are quite visible. The advantage of this one over the Panasonics is that its rather limited instruction manual is at least in English.

Bought this for elderly relative whose phone had broken. Needed something simple and with big buttons this is perfect for what was required. Easy to set up, clear instructions.

Bought for elderly man with dementia. Nice big green and red buttons . Decided to order another phone (corded) as he keeps dropping the handset on the floor

Not really using as answer phone. So not set up. Time and date easy to set.

Got this for my elderly parents has they refuse to believe they needed it. Good button display. And decent screen size. - It lasted a week before they changed back to the one they had. Because they don't like change 🙄

Das Telefon ist wirklich klasse. Hat es für meine Mutter gekauft. Das hat ein gutes Display und tolle große Tasten. Und obwohl in der Beschreibung folgendes steht: „Dieses Gerät ist vorgesehen und konzipiert für den Telefonanschluss im deutschen Netz, ein uneingeschränkter Betrieb außerhalb Deutschlands kann nicht garantiert werden.“ kann es nicht in Deutschland verwendet werden. Weil der Stecker ein englischer ist. Sicher. Ich habe gesehen dass es von Amazon UK ist. Aber dass kein Stecker Adapter für Deutschland dabei ist, ist in der Beschreibung nicht zu ersehen. Ich würde es schon fast als Täuschung bezeichnen. Also auf meine Kosten zurücksenden – was ein Sc....
