I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but wow it’s delicious. You just stir it into hot water and it turns into this rich, comforting broth that tastes like it’s been cooking all day. No weird powdery taste, no clumps, just smooth and full of flavour. I’ve been having a cup in the afternoon instead of coffee and it’s such a nice, warming pick-me-up. It’s also great to add to pasta, noodles, or even gravy when you want that extra depth without having to make stock from scratch. The fact that it’s made from real bone broth with no junk in it makes me feel good about having it daily. I’m already on my second carton and it’s definitely a new kitchen staple for me.

I usually prefer making my own bone broth using a slow cooker to ensure a gelatinous broth that has extracted all the goodness from the bones and carcass. However, I must say that having this Beef Bone Broth on hand is incredibly convenient. This ready-made bone broth is a time-saver when I need a quick and nutritious addition to my meals. I frequently use it as a base for soups, adding depth of flavor and a boost of nutrients. It also works wonders when cooking rice or other grains, infusing them with a savory taste. Ordinarily I tend to make my own homemade bone broth which produces a more gelatinous texture which is a better sign that you have extracted everything such as the minerals and collagen etc. however, this pre-made option is a great alternative for busy days or when I'm short on time. Obviously, the benefits of consuming bone broth are numerous, from supporting joint health to promoting gut health and more. Having this Beef Bone Broth on hand allows me to easily incorporate these benefits into my diet.

It's a little pricey, however, I have been using this bone broth for a long time now to help heal my gut. The taste is good. I drink it straight from a mug either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. I brought it because it's all natural with no nasty/ harmful extras. Nice and gentle on the gut.

I use this bone broth to break my fasts. This is a top-quality product. The price may seem high but you are getting the very best quality ingredients. I do like to make my own bone broth but you have to source organic bones and the cost of cooking with the energy crisis makes it very expensive to make now. This product can be ordered on demand, the flavour is so rich and delicious. I have ordered the beef bone broth a few times and look forward to trying the chicken next. I could not recommend this product enough. You get what you pay for and this is the best bone broth I have ever tried other than my own. If you are fasting and doing longer fasts this is the ideal way to break a fast with high-quality bone broth. I give this product a 10 out of 10.

For the money I expected better. I had 125ml this morning and I probably won't be having any more. It contains far too much salt and has a really weird aftertaste that I just couldn't tolerate.

Good mild taste, I drink it straight out of the bottle (or a bit warmed up). When it cools down it’s in a gelatinous form so you know it has all the good stuff from the bones and isn’t watered down or diluted. Rather than drinking it straight out of the bottle you could also use it as the base of a richer soup if you wanted to. Don’t know how the price compares to alternatives since I haven’t looked into that but as a standalone product this is good and I’m happy with it.

Has a great taste and goes well with the few soups I've made of it so far. Not too salty which is a good sign as salt is often used to make up for loss of taste during the sterilastion process and it really retains that wonderful deep flavour you get from good variety of bones from larger animals (not just chicken). Of course it will be cheaper and tastier to go to a butcher and get the bones your self but this will save you half a day and so while it is a little expensive compared to some of the alternatives I used .. it's definitely a better balanced stock when compared to them. Recommended if the price tag doesn't make you wince.

This is an overview « review » as I haven’t used the product yet. Items was delivered well packaged and on time. I also wanted to comment on the size as so many people are commenting on being disappointed by the size. As I was intrigued by the comments, before placing my order I went to investigate ( yes I’m that sad 😅) by physically checking similar products in Waitrose. The size is correct. Might look small but that is not the case. Most sell an even smaller volume for a similar price. I haven’t given 5 stars ( yet) because I haven’t tasted the broth yet but you can buy the product with confidence. It’s one of the few that is organic, grass fed etc too. I’ll be using it to make a detox soup so I won’t be adding salt but fresh herbs etc. So this looks perfect for that purpose. Hope this helps.
