Sports Research Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer (Roll on Stick, 6.4oz-182 g, Coconut, Men & Women)

It doesn't do anything...waste.

I used it sweet swear today. I got the unscented one. And I use it with a full body suna suit, (worked out for 1hr). It worked so fast. With in 15 mins of my workout i felt the dripping. I love that there is no burning happening just sweating. It helps my suna suite cling to my body way better. And it targets the places I really want that extra sweat. Anywhere I placed this product there was extra sweating happening. So if your wondering it just the suna suit no. I am working out indoors in a none hot place. And normally it take to the end of my workout to feel the sweat happening. I was swimming in my suna suit pretty early on. I have used other products that have sent and I absolutely hate it. But this one works just the same and no sent.

I bought it initially because it was on sale and I thought it was a scam. I have the sweet sweat band obvi but I was using it without the gel and had a terrible heat/sweat rash from it and would apply aquaphor when using it and still sweat quite a bit but I am super shocked to find how well the gel works! I sweat 10x more (also pair it with oxyshred pre workout) like literally dripping on the floor even without cardio. The scent is really natural like coconut oil for sure but still good :) I’d say invest if you have sensitive skin for sure

I get better results out of using warming gel. It does make your skin soft but isn't as good of results as the product description states. A bit overpriced in my opinion to walk around smelling like a coconut. I wear a sweat band while doing cardio and get just as much sweat without this product as I do when wearing it. Also it melts! When applying the stick starts to drip from the product melting by your own body heat.

As a lot of people said here, I didn't see any super powerful ingredient on the formula. However, I wanted to give it a try anyways as I know Sweet Sweat is an amazing fitness brand. And it was the best decision to help me with my belly and waist. I also have the waist trimmer belt from Sweet Sweat and I use them together. I apply it all over my belly, even the part that is covered by my leggings, and then i put the belt on top of it, covering with my shirt. It's NOT messy at all to apply as it is like a stick, so I don't need to touch the cream. This is why I chose this version. I don't even need to start working out to feel my belly burning! It gets super hot and, over the workout, I feel that region wet. The belt also gets a bit loose as it is taking the swollen away. When I get home, I take the belt off and my belly is SOAKED! It's literally super super super wet! There are drops sliding down my belly! I clean it with a paper towel and go take a shower. I also notice the leggings waist, the part that I don't cover with the belt, is completely soaked as well! Which means that it is working by itself. My skin is also super soft. I noticed a big difference with, around, two weeks of daily use. I do weight lifting for around 40 minutes to 1h, and I finish the workouts with 20-30 minutes walk x run.

This actually works, once again saw it on tik tok an d purchased it, have had it for quite a while and still have it till this day. I don’t always rely on it as i want to see if my body can sweat on its own. But other than that it smells lovely, a bit expensive but like i said it lasts long.
