I’m absolutely frilled to bits with my new chair. Although slightly damaged, the seller was most apologetic and offered mr a refund which I gratefully accepted so I can buy a lovely cushion to gout on my gorgeous chair to hide the slight damage. I like to point out that the damaged was probably caused by the damaged package.

A beautiful chair that is used in the bedroom and it’s of amazing quality and detail. Worth a buy and the price was outstanding.

Very comfortable and sturdy.

The GoodLooks great and more expensive than its cost. Good height for putting shoes on if placed in hallway and a statement piece. Excellent service from seller to resolve issue.The BadBit fiddly to attach back to the base but manageable for one person. Seat lid needs a bit of forcing to lock into place / doesnt slot in easily.Slight damage to cloth covering on one side on receipt. Seller resolved quickly and refunded a portion, which was agreeable to me.The glue for the black covering on the base piece of the storage section had come off, but minor issue as hidden inside once placed - hence 4 stars.Hint: front and back legs are different lengths, careful not to screw them in randomly, otherwise your chair will be off balance.

Just love my chair took a chance as never purchased furniture from Amazon it was easy to built, perfect fit for the space I needed it to go into.. even purchased my mother one in black..

some confusion on scheduled delivery information which appeared to be provisional tracking data error.the seller tried hard to clarify and managed a positive response to ensuring accurate delivery details .The product itself is as described and is a good addition to our room location, very pleased!The logistics company driver was really good , great commitment to meet schedule and an excellent attitude to his role.

Not worth the hassle. Very poor product.It arrived defective and we could not assemble it because the holes for the fittings and fixtures were not aligned. So to cut a long story short I decided to return it for a full refund and I had to pay the cost to return it. I paid over £26.00. I'm still waiting for my refund.It's not worth buying from this company I would stick to the high street.
