Does this help whiten your nail

Nail-Aid Biotin neither whiten nor strengthened my nails. Unfortunately, I purchased two bottles of this product. Initially, it appeared my nails were getting stronger. But not only did they begin to break again, but the condition of my nails also worsened. Moreover, the contents of this product are not listed, so you are not aware of what you are putting on your nails. The merchant does offer a return policy but the shipping cost that the merchant require is either equal or greater than the Nail-Aid product. As such, you are stuck with a product that does not live up to your expectations nor their claim of strengthening your nail.

Which one to buy for vertical split nails?

I purchased both and wish I only purchased the Keratin because the Biotin polish peeled right off my nail the following day. I’ve never seen anything like that before and it was applied over their Keratin polish so either it was so thick that it didn’t lay down flat or it’s not compatible with their own Keratin nail strengthener. The Keratin nail strengthener was nicer and laid down flat on the nail. I’m very disappointed in this Biotin polish and I’ve used several brands (including Sally Hanson) which never peeled off in a solid layer as if it was nail resistant like this did.
