I’ve been using Bio-Oil consistently and overall I’ve had a positive experience. The texture is lightweight for an oil and absorbs into the skin much faster than I expected, without leaving a greasy or sticky residue. I like using it after a shower when my skin is still slightly damp, and it leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer and more hydrated. The scent is mild and not overpowering, which I appreciate, and a little goes a long way. I’ve mainly used it as a general body moisturizer rather than a targeted treatment, and it works well for smoothing dry areas and improving overall skin feel. While I wouldn’t call it a miracle product, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a versatile body oil that’s easy to apply and comfortable to wear during the day.

I love this oil! I usually love the smell of lotions or oils but I don't like the way it makes my skin feel after applying. This oil absorbs quickly leaving your skin velvety soft. I have started using it on my face as well (I have VERY dry skin) and it has totally changed my skin. My face/skin is so incredibly soft, it's not heavy on your skin and it's great for a (home pedicure) pre-pedicure treatment. It softens the cuticles and helps soften calluses to shave/file them! I like to lather my feet in the oil and then I put on a pair of warm socks and wait about 10 min then reapply oil and the socks. Wait a little longer (10 min) then you can cut your cuticles, file/shave your thick calluses and continue with your pedicure! 👠🫧🛁 I can't say enough about this stuff. (I am not a paid reviewer!) Also, I have sensory problems (stick with me y'all. I know this is a long review, the product is worth it, promise!!) I can't handle having sticky hands/surfaces. So, selecting this oil is the first hurdle. This oil isn't sticky at all which makes that another huge win! 🤣🤣🤦‍♀️ Well, thats all for now!! 💜☮️

I bought a small bottle of this many years ago. I didn't continue with ir, because I struggled with the idea of spending so much more than I used to. Now, after years of trying many moisturizers and experiencing stretch marks and loose skin from fluctuating weight cycles, I decided to give it another go. . . this time focusing more on a good body moisturizer and secondly on cosmetic treatment. While I still squirmed somewhat over the price, I ordered a large bottle. I am so glad I did! I have very sensitive skin that feels dry quickly. I started getting a rough texture on the back of my arms and getting super dry and thick elbow and knee skin in recent years—nothing but Vaseline offered any relief, but I hated the greasy film. I've been using Bio Oil for about two weeks, every 2-3 days, applying from my chest down before exiting the shower while my skin is still wet. Here is what I've fallen in love with: -glides on so easily without needing too much -i feel it absorbing immediately, giving my skin a silky feel within about 3-5 minutes (no film and no product transference onto clothes)) -it has a very light soft scent that stays with me for hours -it layers very nicely with my BBW Oahu Sun body lotion and Soleil 72 body spray -my elbows are so soft now -the texture on my arms is gone -I don't have to use an additional body cream for moisture (just for scent) I find myself deeply appreciating this product on a whole different level. It's way too soon to say it's effective at minimizing stretch marks and loose skin, but somehow I feel it's going to help with them over time. I live on a fairly strict budget, carefully allocating funds, so I still cringe a little that I'm now willing to pay this much for a luxury product. Nonetheless, I'm going to make room in the budget moving forward. I LOVE THIS BODY OIL!

This Bio-Oil absorbs quickly, soothes my skin, and keeps it soft all day. I’ve noticed a difference in stretch marks and texture — skin looks smoother and more even. Lightweight and worth it! 💧✨

This is a nice oil that I would give a 7-8/10. What I don’t enjoy about it is the STRONG smell. A strong rose smell is the best way I could describe it. I used this oil on my baby bump during pregnancy. I can’t credit this oil for my fortune of not getting stretch marks because it is mostly a genetic factor + size during pregnancy etc. However I did use this almost nightly and I did not get stretch marks on my stomach. I’ve had stretch marks other places in my life, so I definitely expected that I would. If you love rose smell or you’re not bothered by strong smells in products, this is a great oil! If strong product smell bothers you, I would get a different oil.

I’ve been using this oil for YEARS. It’s very hydrating and glides well with my gua sha and roller. I have rosacea pretty bad on my cheeks (raccoon status) and it has definitely improved it. I have used a dermatologist recommended rosacea cream (metrogel cream) for a few years + Tula Sensitive Skin moisturizer, but honestly my rosacea has still always shown just a little bit; but I’ve noticed that using JUST this Bio Oil + gua sha + roller = 0 rosacea symptoms. I also cut out caffeine which has significantly helped my rosacea (I recommend this combo for my rosacea suffering friends). Other than using for rosacea, this stuff is great for dry skin right out of the shower. It works wonders for the neck and more dry areas like the elbows and knees. I always recommend this oil to friends and family because it’s great for scarring and dry skin. Another thing I’ve used it for in the past is cuts. My horse ran me through a tree right before a vacation and I got 2 massive cuts on my face from the branches. I used this oil 3-4x a day for 5 days and the cuts healed so quickly and didn’t scar. I couldn’t believe how well this stuff worked to heal my cuts. Highly recommend this oil!!!!!!

My wife is happy with this product. It's more expensive than other brands at the local super market, but it does not give her exema. So, a happy wife for me equals a happy life.
