As someone who has used preworkout a lot in their life. I have tried many many brands going back 15+ years ago. I think this one tastes great and works just as great. I might even recommend this over a traditional beginner preworkout like C4 or N.0. Xplode (do they still make that??) but it's not insane like the 400mg caffeine preworkouts available today. It's not third party tested like something from transparent labs would be, if you're super health conscious. But those companies are at least $50+ per bottle. I used both, and I like this one better as it's such a good value when you review the label. My only complaint is the 2 sided scoop. There's 1 scoop serving on one side, and 2 scoop serving on the other. I used this for the first time around 630am before the gym in a somewhat dark kitchen and didn't realize it. I ended up dumping 2 scoops on the counter which was a little frustrating I didn't have any grittiness at the end of using it, which is unusual. This mixed well with water much better than other companies and gave me great results during 1 hour of resistance and 30 minutes of cardio.

This preworkout has good pump, sustained energy and focus.

I’ve been using this for 3 days now for my preworkout because it’s a lil bit cheaper than my usual stuff I use. The flavor isn’t bad reminds me of the Glacial Cherry Gatorade (the arctic freeze). It does get me through the pump and it does help me focus on that extra lift. The taste isn’t terrible, maybe a lil sour. I’ve noticed it feels powdery in my mouth and it leaves a weird after taste. If you just drink it fast it’ll be good!

I have been purchasing Nitro Surge preworkouts for a long time, because they always deliver consistent results and help me power through my workouts at a healthy rate, without giving me insane jitters or caffeine shakes. Sometimes I will use other preworkouts that are stronger and can knock your socks off, but most of the time I find myself using this brand, as it delivers that edge without making me sick. If I really want more caffeine, I can just have some coffee a half hour before and we are smooth sailing. As for the taste, it isn't bad for a preworkout; there's a slight bad aftertaste, but that’s usually not a problem since I will already be drinking water. It mixes well, gives me that push I need, or sometimes just nice all day energy. The blend is definitely effective and has become my favorite preworkout after trying many others. I always keep an eye out for sales when mine runs out and be sure to always choose this preworkout.

I really liked the flavor more than other pre-workouts I've used. It was pleasant and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. What stood out to me was that it didn't overstimulate me; instead, it provided a nice, clean energy boost that lasted for about two hours. It also didn't overload me with caffeine, which I appreciated. One scoop provided just the right amount to enhance my workout without any jitters or crash afterward. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely keep using it!

I have dry scooped this and mixed it with water and I would say the taste is great and the pump is alright. It is worth the money but I would say C4 is better to be honest. I just felt like it didn't give me the same push as C4 did. None the less was still a decent pre workout.

Prefer this taste however is a gif product regardless of flavor

I’ve been using this pre workout for several months now and I really like it. I have the Arctic White flavor which tastes pretty much exactly like white Gatorade! I use it along with creatine monohydrate before every lift, and it makes me feel energized without giving me palpitations, anxiety, or jitters. My only complaint is that it’s not as soluble as I’d like it to be; it takes a while to dissolve so I usually just stir it really fast and chug it so there’s no sediment at the bottom of my cup.

Love this pre-workout. Hate the fact the container is only half full when you get it though. Otherwise the product is great.

It pretty good, tastes ok, not sure if it quite as strong as some other pre workout on the market but get a definite good pump

Great flavor, mixes well, no chalky residue, blends well with Creatine and protein shakes. Two sided scoop, 1 scoop or 2 scoop, for a regular blast or to power up, long lasting effects, suggest drinking more water and eating for fuel as the product does give more energy and focus. Have never gotten a bad product from this company.

I do feel the product itself gives me a little more energy before the gym, however it’s incredibly sweet. therefore, I’m no longer using it and will find an alternative.
