I’m 5’ And it feels low for a sitting or strattled position, but reclined, supine or prone positions are fine. We mostly use it for my kids’ therapy sessions. **Q: I just bought the blue one 50x100cm I have to use for therapy and put both legs up on it and its above my head, Do you think thats big enough?** A: I guess it should be you will just have to use it and see how it works for you I got their size one and it has worked ok for broken knee cap therapyBeware if you let it rest on a varnished area it may soften the varnish **Q: Could this be deflated for storage?** A: Yes but it takes a bit to take the air out. I use a mini air compressor to fill it. If you use the foot pump, you probably won't want to take the air out.
