yes. with power off, use an insulated wire to short circuit all existing capacitor lug together and to ground. remove ground wire. then just move only i wire at a time from old capacitor lug to new capacitor matching lug. then remove old capacitor and clamp nev capacitor in place. re-install covers and close circuit breakers. may take up to 4 minutes for automatic start. island ed
