They made it good
It was extremely delayed so I was worried it would be dead but it was well packed and still damp! I had a 30 day guarantee but it came through looking good and now growing another shoot.

Waste of money.
This item get zero stars from me. Plant was half dead when I received it and died the next week. Waste of money.

Careless packaging
This is a fragile plant, yet, the box was not labeled as fragile. My plant came bent and damaged. No care instructions made it so my package was damaged at delivery. This is so frustrating. No a cheap product to be careless with.
