Très bien. 20s dans l'eau bouillante puis le mouler a la forme des dents en le mordant et en appuyant de l'intérieur avec la langue et de l'extérieur avec les doigts, puis découper l'excès.

Cometí el error de ponerlo a hervir! , no hagan eso solo es calentar en agua para que se pueda amoldar comodamente a tu boca, lo llevo usando una semana y noto que el dolor de las mañanas ha disminuido. Obviamente no es lo mismo que una de dentista pero 350 euros por este precio preferí experimentar.... además vienen 6. Veremos cuanto dura la primera. pero hasta el momento bastante contenta. Además viene con un estuche negro muy bonito

Thought these were going to be good but unfortunately they were not very good fitting etc, just fall off the teeth after moulding and not the most comfortable. Worth a shot at a tenner but not working for me 😔
