DEFLATED WHILST ON FIRST USE.

Couldn't be worse.I inflated the buoy straight out of the package at the beach. Half way through my swim the buoy was flat.I had to terminate my swim and head straight back to shore.The valve was shut and on inspection I found that one of the plastic welded seams had failed.For a safety device this is unacceptable and the product should not be sold.
