Hi, yes these are authentic UGG boots. They display the sun logo on the bottom, soul of the boot. That's what I always look for when purchasing UGG boots.. I have already received mines from a gift for Christmas and I love them..

Have to 2pairs of UGGS every year for my girls as they don't stand up to the weather as they have promised. How do i get compensated .

Do they take care of them? There is a set of guidelines on the ugg website for maintenance omg them. They also sell a cleaning kit on the website for them. I have been able to keep a single pair for years with proper upkeep

I wear a 7.5 should i go with 7 or 8?

I would say a 7. I wear an 8.5 and the 8 fits me with a bit of extra room to spare!
