Perfect as a replacement power suply for korg kross 2
So right as I was getting ready for a soundcheck on new years eve, my korg kross 2 just... died. It turned on for a few seconds then nothing. I tried batteries and that saved the gig and the night. Then I opened up to check and everything was pretty much OK, so I ruled the original adapter as being useless... One local store was even selling a replacement adapter but when I consulted with them it was out of stock. So i just took the plunge and got this one. Its perfect. The cable is just a bit longer than the original, perhaps by a foot or so. Not much, but it makes a difference. it is pretty inexpensive as well. Very satisfied.

Not compatible with Microkorg S
It works fine according to testing with a multimeter, but it wasn't compatible with my Microkorg S because the connector for this power supply is a bit too long to fit into the Microkorg S's socket.

Exactly what I needed for my Liven Evoke!
I use this center positive power supply for my Sonicware Liven Evoke synthesizer. The length is perfect for me, with a block that keeps the second outlet plug accessible. Power is stable with no drop-outs or issues on the Evoke. Knowing that I will likely end up with a Volca of sorts in the future, it is nice to have the versatility of keeping only the one power supply in use with limited space for sampling sounds into my Ableton Move. Functions perfectly and was well worth the cost to keep from having to buy batteries constantly with my extended sessions. Only wish it has a 90 degree end to enable a cleaner wiring setup for my small workstation. Highly recommended for the Evoke, other Liven series devices, and I am sure it works perfect for the Volcas as well!

This is the one for a Korg KR mini rhythm machine and other equipment!
I have tried other power supplies for my Korg KR mini rhythm machine and they had problems that made them unusable. I kept looking because I did not want to use batteries as my main source of power. When I ordered this I was skeptical so when it arrived I put it thru the paces where the others failed (disconnections, loose fitting, etc.). This power supply passed flawlessly and at a price less than most of the competition. I would recommend this and definitely buy this again for other Korg equipment that has this connector. Note - I was not compensated in any manner for this review.

almost too powerful
this power adapter powered a korg musical instrument so hard i to take a break from using it. it was almost too powerful. i'm soaking my feet right now on a side note.

Doesn’t work for Korg volca synths
Bought this to power a Korg volca modular synth and it doesn’t work, the synth doesn’t even turn on. The listing said this power supply would be compatible but it’s not. It also took 5 days longer to arrive than originally stated.

Todo bien, solo que no lo he podido probar porque compre com otros vendedores el Korg volca drum y ya me lo cancelaron 2 veces el envío en dos meses. Opte mejor en ya después comprarlo por otro medio.
