Dont let the low price fool you, this mixer is fully functional. I dont worry about plastic vs metal, etc, I take care of my equipment.I am a solo acoustic guitarist/vocalist, and have 30 years exp. doing live performance.I needed the xlr outputs for my powered speakers, and the headphone jack works with my stage monitor. The dap effects could always be better, but they do work. I tested all channels with guitar and microphone; all work great.Bluetooth was easy, connected my phone and played spotify flawlessly. To record upto 30 seconds, you have to use the rca inputs, but it worked and sounded good. It's compact, light weight, and it works. It's not fancy, name brand, or high end, but it is functional.A lot of the negative reviews I've seen are from people who don't really understand how a mixer actually works...not all, but a lot. I understand due to the lack of usable instructions. The manual is lacking.Overall, if you play small gigs, record at home, or stream audio (podcast etc.) This is a great unit to get going.
