Q: What are the scents/spas? There is nothing in English on the packaging but we’d like to know as we are giving some as gifts. Thank you!

Personally, I preferred the scents of the pink box (5 scents with clear, brilliant colors - yellow, green, blue, orange, bright green) over the orange box (4 scents with vibrant colors in a milky base). Here are the five scents with the names of the spas they are inspried by as best I can explain them: 1. Noboribetsu: calming moss and wood 2. Kusatsu: floral 3. Hakone: refreshing herbs 4. Shirahama: Yuzu (a citrus fruit) 5. Beppu: calming floral They are all reminiscent of Japanese incense - naturally derived and light.

Q: The description is confusing. How many packets in total?

The clear (pink) has 15 and the milky (orange) has 13 for a total of 28 packets.

Q: Is this help lighten the skin?

It does not. There are no bleaching agents in the bath salts.

Q: are these two boxes, each 5.98 x 5.47 x 4.25 inches?

Yep. If you read the description, it says there’s a “milky” package and a “clear package”. The orange-ish box is milky (as in the bath salt turns the water milky/not see-through), and the pink one is the clear where you can still see through the water. Worth getting both!
