I put the formula in my CPAP humidifier, just a drop or two and my head is clear in the morning AMAZING!

I bought this aromatherapy blend to diffuse during the winter months to help protect against illnesses. I sometimes add it to bathwater via epsom salt and or whole milk. Unfortunately the bottle leaked some in transit, but Amazon refunded my account. Will likely purchase again.

This essential oil blend smells crisp with top notes of eucalyptus and lavender and has hints of cinnamon, clove, and peppermint. The remaining oils in the blend give it a balanced scent profile without any single oil being overpowering. The oils are labeled as USDA organic and there are no carrier oils in this blend. The ingredients are 100% certified organic essential oils of: Lavandin Super, Eucalyptus Radiata, Niaouli, Rosemary ct verbenone, Eucalyptus Globulus, Ravintsara, Peppermint, Clove Bud, Coriander Seed. The suggested use is to apply directly to the skin inside the wrists or soles of the feet, but since there are no carrier oils, I would dilute it in an oil first to avoid any skin irritation. They have directions for sensitive adults and children which state to blend 3-4 drops with equal parts of plant oil before massaging onto rib cage, back, or soles of feet. They suggest 5-10 drops with water in a non-heating ultrasonic diffuser. I personally find more than 4 drops to be a little too strong, but that is just my preference. These oils seem to be of a good quality. The scent is clean with no chemical tones whatsoever. The 1 ounce/30mL bottle is amber glass and has a dropper dispenser pre-attached for ease of use. The product I received in early June 2023 does not expire until 12/2024. I like the scent and it seems to be helping with congestion from seasonal allergies.

I'm not in the "oils cure everything camp," but I do recognize the benefits of some go-to ingredients, like eucalyptus and peppermint, which are found in this blend. While expensive, you only need to use about 5 drops of this oil at a time in your diffuser to get a strong scent, so a little goes a long way. I used it in my office while working because I figured the eucalyptus and peppermint may support clearer sinuses. The scent gave me a real health food store vibe, but it wasn't too overpowering. I like that Pranoram uses USDA Certified Organic ingredients, since I don't want to breathe in an oil if I don't know where it's coming from. While I don't particularly love this scent, I'll continue to use it from time to time and probably more often during cold season. And if there's another oil I want to try in the future — especially one I'd apply topically, like lavender — I'm planning to look to Pranoram first.

It’s just your average essential oil blend. I can get a bottle of pure organic essential oil 4x this size for 1/3 of the price. It won’t be a blend like this, it would be a single fragrance but it’s easy enough to just mix a few drops of different essential oils together in my oil diffuser. The smell is OK. I was hoping it would smell more like eucalyptus and rosemary but to me I smell more of the peppermint and coriander/clove mix. It’s not my favorite but it’s not bad either. I am not sure why this is listed as an immune defense. No comment on that…

The bottle was well sealed and no leakage. The oil has very prominent scent and it lasts all day in my humidifier with a big water reservoir. The essential oil smells great. This is considered a big size bottle because a few drops of essential oil will do the trick each time. A 30ml bottle will last for at least 6 months even it is used on a daily basis, so it is good value to get it in big bottle size. I don't want to put oil on my body because I may get allergic reaction from it, but using it with my aromatherapy machine works great.
