This is a very good product. I take one daily because I take a water pill each day and this helps me not to get leg cramps. I haven't experienced any cramps since I started taking this product. I've been taking it now for over a year. I highly recommend.

SUCH a quality product! Started purchasing single bottles b/c it was prescribed for the little to prevent migraines. So the 10yr old started taking this regularly.
