This was recommended by a YouTuber so went ahead and purchased this one. I wanted one with a more round nib (I just purchased a gift set of a different brand with a long narrow nib which I really like) I think that this one (rounder nib) holds more ink and for a longer time. It's basic and simple but is very nice. Gave it 5 stars for comfort and easy to hold and 4 for giftable because it didn't have a plastic brush cover that you get with most paint brushes and glass nib pens, you buy to protect the bristles or glass nib point. I save all those covers from my brushes so found one I could use for the glass nib. It is enclosed in a foam padded box which is nice and safe. The box itself had some labels on it and taped closed with tape which distracted from the elegance if it was to be given as a gift. Still giftable and pretty. But that's why I gave it a rating of 4 for esthetics. It was a gift to myself so not worry about looks. I do store my pens in boxes for protection. It would be nice (one day) to find a nice wooden tray to store my ink and pens on display. I found that using my good fountain pen ink gives the best results: smoother and more consistent flow of ink. Overall, a pretty, good working glass nib pen!

It came in perfect condition, it writes a finer line then my first one, but I don't think it writes in the kind of fine lines that you'd expect of fine pens. I made sure to clean it first before writing as I wasn't sure if there'd be any residue on it due to the manufacturing process. It's very beautiful and much more vibrant in color then the picture gives off. It works really well with my dye based dip inks and cleans EXTREMELY well compared to my first glass dip pen that has a more extravagant, grove design that makes it a bit harder to clean. so far I can tell it'll be great for day to day use due to it cleaning up so easily. I'll update this review though if I have any issues.

I really like the color, but I can only write a sentence or two at a time before having to dip in ink again. You can also clearly see the lines get thinner as you write. This is my first dip glass pen so I guess I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but it was fun to test for the price.

Came in great condition, no chips or breaks and was in protective box. Before using, I washed the tip and in between the grooves since it felt a little sticky or something, and it holds a surprising amount of liquid and writes very nicely. I've used it to write and sketch with and both turns out better than expected. :) very happy purchase. I've been using watercolor instead of ink, by painting it onto the tip and writing with or drawing. Recommended for the careful artist. The tip is very thin and fragile, would recomend to keep in box while not in use. Also, don't tap the tip against anything to get excess fluid off, i would just make a shaking motion or downward, gentle shakes to get it off as to not weaken the tip over time.

Great glass pen. Writes and draws smoothly. Holds a fair amount of ink between dipping. Line weight is consistent. I recommend this pen for anyone getting into or interested in glass dip pens.

Mine came in tact, in a box with padding. It is lightweight, it is pretty, and comfortable to hold. The tip of the nib however is not finished. Mine was not broke, but the tip is raw and scratchy. Normally it would have a little bead of glass at the tip for a finish. So the quality is only okay. I was still able to use it, and it writes better at different angles. There are better glass pens for similar prices on calligraphy websites.

I was pleasantly surprised at this glass dip-pen. This was my first glass pen, and didn't know what to expect. It was an artist on youtube that recommended it, and I took the plunge and bought it. I LOVE IT! The look, the feel, the weight. And I was really surprised on how long the ink lasts before I have to re-dip the pen! So much fun to use. I recommend this product wholeheartedly. Edit: in my video you'll notice the pen skip one time. It didn't really skip, I lifted up the pen as I was drawing the circles.

Una passada, com a la foto, és molt agradable de fer servir, molt elegant i sembla de molt bona qualitat. Ve amb una capsa llisa blanca de cartró molt bonica que queda molt bé per a fer un regal. Genial.

Es mi primera pluma de este tipo. Me sorprendió cuanta tinta puede cargar. Escribe entre mediano y fino. Se siente como si se escribiera con un lápiz afilado. La punta está muy bien terminada.

Sono una artista e amo scrivere con penna ed inchiostro. E devo dire che questa penna in vetro è adorabile. Ovviamente non all'altezza dei prodotti di Murano ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che soddisfacente.
