The smell is strong and will take time to get used to it! Don't be shocked if your pets avoid you or sneeze as you walk buy. I have found cutting it with small amounts of carrier oils helps and add some rose oil.

I have been using it for long time.

We use this a lot in our humidifier for sinus relief. Also make inhalation sticks to help with congestion, mix into carrier oil or cream for muscle ache relief and chest rub. Works well diluted as room spray and helps keep bugs away when out doors. We are very rarely without several bottles of this on hand and in our travel bags.

I totally love this oil but it has to be this brand! I've tried other oils that were called white flower oil but they weren't near as effective as this brand. Totally helps with menstrual cramps & pain. It's a cooling oil so some might find it chills them in the colder months but I love the cold feeling. I don't mind the smell at all however I could see how some might find it strong. I've also used & found it helpful applied to the back of my neck when I've got headaches & on my high school football lineman after practices.. it's a must have oil for us that we always purchase several at a time!

This has helped my tired body relaxed after a day's work. I can easily sleep using it. Good thing I can buy this at Amazon
