Q: Does this come with instructions for exercises for tennis elbow?

Mine did not come with those instructions. I found a YouTube video for use for golfers / tennis elbow.

Q: I have tennis elbow and have been using this for three days but the pain is getting worse..is this what normally happens before the elbow gets better?

You will feel some pain in the beginning, but itt does get better. Make sure you rest one day in between, and maybe do fewer reps until your arm gets a little more used to the exercise. I love mine, and I do believe it helped my elbow and arm get better faster. I will use it regularly to keep my arms stronger in an effort to reduce future arm strain. Keep up the work, and good luck.

Q: How do I know which weight bar to try?

I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery and have therefore chosen the weight my PT directed me to. I have also used this for elbow epicondylitis and that was also the red one.

Q: Is this bar "light" or "extra-Light"? It says "light" but it also says "Yellow" which I believe is the color for "extra light"

The yellow one is the lightest one I know of.
