Yes, I use it with the Battery Tender Plus. It's a universal plug.

Can I get this same thing that can be used on a 100w solar panel. This one got hot enough to melt the insulation off within two minutes.

I would go to your local hardware store buy the wire gauge you need or just get a roll of 12/2 and just build a set. These are not designed to send a bunch of amps through them hence why they melted. if you search around i bet you could find some premade ones though. Good luck in your adventures
