How do you adjust the sensor distance range?** A: Hello, sorry to tell but the sensor distance range cannot be adjusted anymore after it came out of factory. **Q: This item requires 220v outlet socket?** A: Hi this one is only DC powered as description says. AC is not available for this, so it does not reqire outlet socket. Hope it helps. :) **Q: How do you change the water temperature** A: You need to adjust the water shut off valves feeding the faucet. Or install a mixing valve that has a dial to set the temperature. This has to be located under the sink. It's so easy to clean and was very easy to install. The motion sensor of it is the reason for only 4 stars. It is fairly particular about the position of the hands under it and turns off far too quickly if the hands are not in exactly the correct position. (Think annoying restaurant bathroom faucet.)
