Although there is a .05 cone, the photo shown it’s this inquiry is .04....which is approximately 30 degrees hotter than the.05

Is it normal for cones to be stuck together and have to be broken apart? I have only bought like 4 other boxes before but never stuck together?

Yes it is, that's how they keep them from getting broke in shipping. It's annoying but i'd rather do that then get a box of half broken cones.
