how long is the sensor cable? I'd like to run it from the rear wheel to the handlebars and want to know if I'd have to buy a separate cable to do that

Highly unlikely, I just installed mine the other day and while long enough to fork mount it, I did have to wind it around the brake cable, I can't see be able to rear wheel mount it and reach the handlebars. I looked into the wireless version of this computer and I remember the spec distance wouldn't reach the rear wheel. I went with the wired because I night ride and modern LED lights mess with the wireless signal.

Can it be zeroed out in between rides

Yes, it can be zeroed between ride.

Will this work on a Flywheel spin bike?

As long as you can attach the magnet to the flywheel and the sensor close enough it should work fine. The magnet is designed to clip onto a spoke so you might need to tape it on or attach it some other way.

How do you turn it off?

It turns off when you’re done with you ride. Next time you ride move your bike around to wake it up and then reset for the new ride.
