Q: Can i use this on a plastic bumper?

when I sprayed my entire truck I used an adhesion promoter for the trim and plastic bumper and haven’t had a issue yet. The chemicals in this is meant for bare metal adhesion for the raptor coating

Q: Would this product be needed before spraying Raptor bedliner on a plastic golf cart body or would I be better off just light sanding it?

Hi lite sanding is nessary but for best results be sure to add reptor adheavis and be sure to clean clean clean

Q: Can one use this for aluminum coated with electrogalvanized zinc (such as superstrut)? or does one need to purchase u-pol acid #8 and acid #4?

No this can be used after electroplating as long as the item is kept clean from grease, dirt or any other environmental damage.

Q: how much area will one can cover?

I used one can on 1/3- 1/2 of the truck bed... full coverage. Buy 2 cans minimal.
