Tiers are missing, I only got the zuca bag without tiers

Solo entregan la bolsa sin la estructura del soporte , llantas , la bolsa ni siquiera tiene una agarradera que pudiera mínimo usarla así pero está incompleto y esta muy caro para entregar algo así , y no puede poner imágenes que no son lo que esta incluyendo y confundir al comprador . Debería de penalizarlo no se por que lo siguen poniendo
