Single Filter Basket for Rancilio Silvia

We have a Rancilio Epoca 2 group semiautomatic that we bought refurbished. It had a single shot portafilter handle but no blind filter and no single shot basket, hence my going to Amazon. I ordered this filter from Amazon many months ago, and it has held up to the volume of customers we get through our small Cafe on Sunday morning and Wednesday night beautifully, as well as the subsequent knock box poundings after every use.It fits perfectly, pulls shots well with the same grind that the double baskets use, and it cleans just as well. The only "problem" I can think of is of you have OCD and when you hit it on the knock box, it doesn't drop a perfect "espresso brownie" shaped puck. You have to clean the remaining grounds out by rinsing it or whatever. Not a huge deal or even worth mentioning, really.

the item is advertised as the new model when in fact the item is the old version make sure you read the engraving on the basket should end with 1001 contacted the seller and advised them of the issue. also bought the double shot from the seller and there was no issues.
