Q: I had to cancel my order because i was charged $5.48 for shipping and handeling. I want to know why i was charged when it says shipping is free.

I noticed that too, but if you look closely in the shipping options you'll see that it automatically picks standard shipping which costs the $5.48. One of the other options is free shipping, which takes 5-8 days instead of the $5.48 which will get it in 3-5 I believe. The free option was there, but like I said Amazon automatically pairs you up with the standard shipping that costs a little bit.

Q: is this authentic because it's much cheaper than any other website? I see this product for $100 at many other places
