Solar is more decorative than useful, but not useless. Nice case.
Finding the power button was harder than it should be. The manual (see scan) seems to point to a place on the surface of the device instead of the green bumper on the corner. The color photo shows the actual location. Your phone can be charged wirelessly from the battery, but I choose to not use that feature other than to see that it works. There is a small charging efficiency penalty associated with wireless charging. A little math for the solar: The solar panel is about 0.0055 square meters. Full solar delivers about 1000 watts per square meter. Modern solar panels are approximately 20% efficient. Multiply that out and we get 1.1 watt output. The battery is rated at 10,000maH. I assume it is a 3.3v lithium so that is 33 watt hours of capacity. 33WH÷1.1W =30 hours. Even at 8 hours a day at full sun, it would take 4 days to charge. That assumes the battery is optimally tilted. It if it is lying flat, it will take twice as long unless you live at the equator. Indoor lighting is about 10% luminosity of full solar. Setting it in a window is not full sun (decrease depends on your window type), and it will only receive a few hours of sun per day. I set mine in a window to let it top off for free. I don't use the battery very much, but it is nice when I need it. A friend is going in the hospital, and this will be a nice way to keep them connected and charged.

Meets all Expectations -Perfectly
I've used this more often than I had anticipated and it's never disappointed. It sat for about 6 months without any loss of charge. Charging speed is good - both in and out. Feels pretty solid in the hand. The lights are bright enough for most needs. And because it's about the same size as most cellphones, it's easy to carry / pack / store. It's rugged enough to fall about 8 ft onto a parking lot and still work great. Did we get lucky? Maybe. Would I test it again? No. Will I buy others to keep in strategic places? Absolutely.

Good for the price, if not fully reliant on solar charging.
Very clean and sturdy looking product. After a full charge, I have been able to charge my android phone around 3 and a half times from dead. The cord that comes with the unit could be sturdier, but I prefer to use my fast charge cords anyway. The battery pack itself charges pretty quickly when plugged in but the solar charge function is yet to show any results. I am hoping that it is more an issue with the winter weather, however after a day of full sun it hasnt gained any charge. It comes with a dinky little compass, cute but not very functional. I will update this review if anything changes but I am confident this will last as a battery pack without impressive solar fucntion. Pretty good product for the price if you dont rely on solar alone.

Great device, very handy
Glad I purchased it, it's saved me and a couple of co-workers several times. Holds a charge a long time, I charge it up and keep it in my backpack until I need to use it. The flashlight is very bright. Haven't tried the solar recharging so far. My only complaint is that I wish it would charge my digital watch. Tried it with both a Samsung and an Apple watch and no-go.

Charged Once but Won't Charge Again
I got this for an overnight kayaking trip. I needed something to charge my phone and watch when we didn't have access to electricity. I was impressed by it's quality at first glance. I love the green and was excited to try it. There is a few different ways to charge and it has a flashlight on the other side. I also like that the ports are covered. It charged great the first time through an outlet. I used it during our trip and it worked great. It actually charged my phone a few times, my watch, and another phone and still had some charge left. On the second day, I tried to charge it with the solar option. It did not charge, but it was also cloudy at times. I thought maybe it just wasn't enough sun. When we got home I put it out in direct sunlight and it still did not charge. It would blink but only 1 dot was lit to show the level of charge. I did plug it back in as a last ditch effort, and it still did not charge. It worked once and now won't charge. It's getting sent back. I'm sure if it works for you it's a great product, it looks nice and did seem well built. It's not worth the purchase if it's not a product you can rely on.

Four years later and still just as good
Bought this back in 2021, ended up homeless in 2023, and still have it in 2025. This thing has lasted trough thick and thin, can carry it around in any bag easily. Can charge my older model iPhone twice fully and my iPad with its Chonker of a battery fully once, my switch maybe once or twice (unsure I haven’t had the switch long and it was half battery when I charged it), and even now as I’m literally recharging the battery pack in the sun because the power is out it’s still going strong and powerful. Lasts a long time and thinking of getting another, the flashlight is also a godsend because it’s bright, powerful, and can be used especially in a power outage. I don’t write reviews so the fact that I came back to review this says a lot, highly recommend this.

The power aspect is fine and even the wireless charging aspect is fine BUT The solar charge aspect is a total bull... I've kept it for 4 continuous days from morning till evening, and even so, not a single point has risen in the charge indicator.
