This is the only mallet to buy!
Unless tou are putting in a walkway, please use a heavier one, but for day to day carrying in my toolbelt for soft blow type work...this is the very best you can buy...period, don't waste your hard earned money on any other mallet!!

Best Elf Mallet!!
So I’m kind of a tool snob and saw this brand and thought I’d try it out. I bought the 30 not really knowing what size it would be but thought it could be nice for cabinet assembly and install. It’s actually really small. And being so small and so expensive for what it is it usually just sits on my desk so I don’t lose it. Nicely built though.

The nicest mallet I've swung
First, this is the nicest mallet I've ever used. It's so nice that I convinced a friend to get one because it just feels so good. I mainly got this to tap Festool Dominos in to the wood that I'm about to join. The mallet is just superb. One side it harder than the other and they are nice compliments to each other.

Excellent for hammering together joints or glue-ups.

I have only used it once since I bought it and it did the job just fine. The hammer has a hard plastic on one end and a hard dense rubber on the other.

Acheté pour son manche en bois et pas déçu. Maillet efficace, avec deux embouts de densité différentes. Le bleu est tendre, presque mou, très bien pour les surfaces fragiles ou cassantes et le gris plus dur, parfait pour forcer les petits emboîtements sans marquer le bois. En revanche, pour les assemblages de charpentier, il faudra prendre plus lourd. Les embouts sont interchangeables et proposés en plusieurs densités. C’est un plus à condition qu’ils ne soient pas vendus au prix du maillet. En résumé, que du bon 👍
