Review: Good quality, raspy mouth call - This is one of my two favorite mouth calls (the other being the Ghost cut 2 inch hooks). This call is fairly easy to blow and works well for those who have a center or right airflow. By moving tongue pressure/airflow to the right of the call, you can get clear kee kees and tree calls, while calling down the middle gives a clear front end breaking over quickly into a raspy yelp. These work great for my style of calling and have definitely gotten me some responses from birds. While any of these calls will likely be great for aggressive yelps, cutting, and cackling there have been some inconsistencies in the two I owned. The top reed cuts were just a bit different and one was just as easy to do "the soft stuff" of purring, clucking, and whines on as the Ghost cut while the other had a little different tone and was harder to control on the low end.
