Dreaming Way Lenormand

Super cute little Lenormand deck. It arrived on time and in perfect conditions. I personally don't like the Dreaming Way Tarot Deck but this Dreaming Way Lenormand deck has now a special place in my heart. The watercolors of the images and the images themselves aren't distracting. Also I love how the images allow me to intuitively know the meaning of each card and unnecessary archetypes weren’t drew. For instance, the whips card shows just the objects and no people were drew on it. Other decks include too many archetypes that it disrupts the intuitive part of the card or can lead to perceive the card just in one way.

This deck is beautiful, the card stock is a nice heavy quality, without being too heavy. These are really easy to over-hand shuffle and fan out. I noticed one reviewer really took umbrage with the fact that this deck has Birds instead of an Owl card, though I have multiple decks that do this and I personally don’t mind at all, knowing what the meanings are. I feel the coffin card portrays its meaning, it’s just a more whimsical option (rolled open sardine can with a female laying inside) to the classic imagery. I understand people liking to adhere to the traditional images, it makes sense, I’m that way with tarot symbols/symbology. If you’re new to Lenormand, you may want to pick a more classic deck and a good book. I do however wish they would have added an additional Gentleman, Lady and Child card for same sex couples, and particularly have the extras be POC so everyone can use a card we feel represents us somewhat. Identify/representation options are always nice. . This deck reads well and has good quality card stock, and the images are dreamy and beautiful- it’s a pleasure to work with. The heavy two-part box is reusable and sturdy, I just keep a rubber band snapped around it once to keep it securely closed. I Recommend it.

Lovely deck! I was drawn to this deck because of the art work of Kwon Shina, who also illustrated the Dreaming Way Tarot Deck. And I am in love! Of course, some of the cards are different from your standard Lenormand imagery, like the clouds card, but it doesn't detract from the meaning. I think it sort of adds to it. I love it. I like the size of the cards, and also the little book that came with it. Even though tiny, it is packed with useful information. The cards read well in a reading, giving you space to be intuitive without straying away from the Lenormand way of reading. A good addition to your Lenormand Deck collection.

This deck is absolutely stunning! It has been printed on nice sturdy stock, and its smaller size makes it very easy to handle as well as lay out in a Grand Tableau. It comes in a lovely, solid box and includes a booklet that shows quotes as well as a card description and keywords. Some of the card images have been reimagined in lovely ways, such as the Coffin showing a body laying within a tin that would be used for sardines. While I do appreciate the creativity, I think there may be potential for confusion with readers newer to the system. The Clouds card shows clouds coming from a cup of coffee, which may be a cute play on a song, but it doesn't offer the lighter and darker side of the clouds, which readers often use. The Snake card shows a snake coiling up a woman. And while the Snake card can mean the other women, it also connects to more literal things such as plumbing or jewelry, or even more generally, complications. When an image is altered to focus the meaning, it can inadvertently limit the reader's interpretation (thinking again of those newer to the system). Further, the Crossroads card has been renamed Choices. The image shows a labyrinth type garden. Again, this altered approach potentially limits meaning. This card obviously stands for making choices, but it can also stand for two or dual. So this alteration limits that option. Finally, this deck does not offer supplemental Lady/Gentleman significators, which is good to have for same-sex readings. It feels disrespectful to use male/female significators for a same-sex partnership, especially when the focus is a love reading. Many newer decks offer this option.

You will love this deck it’s gorgeous and whimsical. it’s a great first Lormand deck for first time users. The book that comes with is detailed and has a good keyword section.

This is one of my favorite Lenormand decks. The art work is dreamy and full of imagination. I love the pastel colors. Some of the cards are a little bit different than the traditional cards, like clouds being the steam from a cup of coffee or the coffin card being a tin of sardines. I don't mind personally, but it might throw some folks. My deck arrive on time and wrapped in it's package. The deck was complete. This deck has the traditional 36 cards. The cardstock is good, similar to playing cards. The deck about the size of playing cards and feel nice in my hands. I have small hands and I have no trouble rifle shuffling them. They will hold up well. Very pleased with my purchase.

Le carte sono più piccole rispetto alle dimensioni di altri mazzi Lenormand che possiedo ma la qualità è ottima e le immagini sono davvero splendide! Io le trovo dolci ed evocative, proprio come un bel sogno... arrivano in una scatola (robusta ma difficile da aprire perché è ad incastro tra parte superiore e inferiore ma non ha i tasselli laterali per le dita) con un libretto di spiegazioni tutto in inglese ma veramente esaustivo. Sono soddisfatta e le consiglio assolutamente!

This Lenormand deck is adorable. The images are crisp and clear with beautiful light colours. Great deck for travelling as it's easy to transport. It's small compact but easy to handle. The cards are of good stock with, semi-gloss finish. Very easy to handle and shuffle as they are about palm size. The deck comes in a sturdy constructed box, easy to open and store. The deck also comes with a 91-page guide book with a great description of each card, how to read the cards and sample spreads, very easy to read and understand. I highly recommend this deck to anyone.

I have no idea how to read Lenormand decks! But I was so drawn to the artwork in this deck that I purchased it, and I'm so glad I did. When artwork resonates with you, it is so easy to learn how to read this style of divination. I have another Lenormand deck, but I was never able to pick it up. Now it is easy!
