Happy Plants
For my all-organic grow this is perfect. The drainage is on point, I had to add nothing to start, and it carries a lot lighter than soil. I have been growing my plants in it for 5 weeks now and love the outcome. I will be buying more for my next crop and wow I can't wait to see the yield.

Go with Fox Farm Coco Loco if you want the best!!!
Fox Farm's Coco Loco coco coir grow medium is a standout choice for hydroponic and soilless cultivation. Its blend of coconut coir, perlite, and aged forest products creates an optimal environment for root development and nutrient absorption. The airy texture promotes excellent drainage while retaining moisture, fostering a balanced and well-aerated substrate. Coco Loco is pre-amended with beneficial microbes, providing a head start for a healthy microbial ecosystem. It's user-friendly, pH-stable, and ideal for both novice and experienced growers seeking a reliable and high-quality coco coir medium for their plants.

Good for Cuttings
It seems to be meeting its purpose. I’m rooting a couple of plants from cuttings & needed an inert potting soil. This was a bit expensive but its also a decent size. My plants are still alive & growing, I won’t know if they are successful until next spring, so far so good.

OK, OK... Best I have ever purchased.
I have been playing with using coconut coir for several months now. I've purchased bricks of coir from the big orange hardware store with a brand name any gardener knows along with countless blocks and bulk coir from Amazon. In each one, I have made sure to have a 70:30 ratio of perlite. My spinach plants were all germinated at the same time. They all have the exact same lighting, fertilization, humidity, temp, so on and so forth. The difference in the growth rate of the plants in this medium is amazing. They look two weeks older than the other plants. I was hesitant to purchase this medium because of the price. I'm purchasing more as soon as I am done with the review. As of now, I have only used this medium for spinach. The plants love this stuff. 100% home run
