A: I doubt they are gluten free, but I would not know so ask anither if you have ciliac...did I spell it right?

**Q: Do you heat it on the package or out of the package ?**
A: I cannot remember if it should be heated.  I do not believe so, it is maid to pushed out and eaten right from the package or after removed.  I have tried it twice and felt kind of meh about it.  They definitely do not use a thicker premium bacon.  Some of the pieces were small enough that I would not allow a company I own send them out or purchase them to began with.  I prefer the ones you think will have some heat, they are very bearable heat I should add.  It has been a while since (a long while) since my last purchase also.  I was hoping they would have been an every other month or so treat, but "so it goes".  Good luck, belated happy holidays, Merry Christmas, and a safe and Healthy New Year.
