I bought these for my husband, as he often has digestive issues - bloating, gas, cramps - after consuming certain foods like eggs, beer, fried foods and lactose. Now he takes just one tablet at the beginning of a meal including any of these and has been having no problems ever since! Sometimes he even takes it after the meal, if he forgets, and it still works! It's been a real game-changer for him. I take one sometimes, if we're going out for a heavy meal or traveling.
