After 90 + days, we could not be happier with this unit. It’s a quieter, more efficient, significant upgrade from our old Whisperkool unit. It handles the wider range of external temperature exceptionally well and was really easy to install.

We installed a WhisperKOOL Extreme 3500ti in our new home.  The unit started making a whistling noise.  I called WhisperKOOL customer support and they were excellent to deal with.  Sent a new unit to exchange ours, and all turned out great!
