While I can't say this is the most delicious flavor (it has a scent of basic multivitamins of my childhood), it sure does the trick for general fatigue and muscle cramps. I drink it in more water than they recommend just as I prefer it that way. I really like the formulation, especially keying in on the folate vs folic acid. Methylfolate is very important in this day and age, in my opinion of course. I had been taking another brand of hydration drink tablet. You know, the fizzing ones. But I think this is more what I need and I will be ordering them again for daily supplementation.

I prefer Trace Minerals over Emergen-C because of the mineral content but also taste. The forms of vitamins and minerals they use are more bioavailable on every accord. They also have higher concentrations compared to emergen-c. I prefer the flavor as well, but I am disappointed to see they changed the recipe while they rebranded. Now there is a pretty apparent fake sugar aftertaste (ingredient is “onosweet”. Please go back to the old flavor!!

Really good flavor and having the 2 in 1 vitamin electrolyte combo is great. Wish it was a little more affordable though, especially since I drink at least 1 a day.

I love the flavors of these but the packets are literally impossible to open so make sure you have a scissors with you anywhere you take them. Very annoying
