Are the microbeads just tiny plastic pieces that harm the environment?

Mine came with PLASTIC MICROBEADS!!! Shame on neutrogena, they were supposed to be outlawed! Im done with this product, they are terrible for the aquatic life.

Does this wash cleanly or does it leave a moisturizing residue? I hate the residue because it clogs pores and makes you more prone to break outs.

This never leaves a residue for me. This is the only face wash I can use that wit clog my pores
