It works just like it said. It makes the eye lashes longer with no clumps.

It is the best mascara I've ever used, and I've tried the more expensive brands. It does smear a little when I sweat, but it wipes off easily. I still gave it 5 stars, because every mascara I've ever used smudges, and this smudges the least. I have long eyelashes and have been told I have cat eyes, so this accentuates that. I honestly don't even have to curly my eyelashes if I don't want to. I am always afraid they will discontinue it, so I stock up when it's on sale. I buy the darkest color they have, even though my skin is light. My hair is brown, and my eyes are blue/green, so I think the glam black accentuates them. I think any color would work well. It removes easily. I use ponds cream to remove it most nights. Sometimes I use neutrogena (or the generic version) nighttime cleansing cloths (in the purple package) to remove it. Water and a washcloth works too.
