That one was too big for me** A: They are very similar in size with the fatcat a tiny bit taller in the back, but the navigator won’t fold in on it self, has better ventilation, better pockets, a front flap, and is more comfortable for both me and the cat. As you can see in the video, my cat chose the navigator to lie in when I put them next to each other on the floor. He’s still there now. **Q: Does it come with a water bladder or is that extra?** A: The Amazon product information does not mention including a water bladder. I ordered this backpack through the fatcat website and it does come with a slot for a bladder, but it did not come with one. **Q: Is there any reason why I should buy this one versus one that looks just like it for $30?** A: I do not know what $30 carrier you are talking about so I can not compare it. I do know the Travel Cat one has worked well for us as it is made with quality materials and workmanship and is well though out. Straps and buckles are of good quality and the sternum strap is a must on any pack carrying that much weight. The screening on this carrier is thick, durable and very cat scratch proof. Having worked for LL Bean for 31 years in the sporting goods area I have learned to appreciate good quality. **Q: What are the interior dimensions? My cat's very tall, long and a little plump, so I'm hoping he could sit up or curl up if on a walk** A: The inside height is 14" and the bottom inside dimension is 11"x13". If a cat would not fit in this carrier you would probably not want to carry that much weight very far. We bought this for 2 new kittens last fall but now only carry the larger male on short hikes.
