I am a veterinarian and Great Dane enthusiast. These beds and covers have been a part of our home for YEARS now and they are the best. I recommend them to anyone and especially to those of us with big dogs. While I have a puppy who has mastered the art of undoing the zippers then mangling them beyond use or repair, eating parts of the beds... this is the first of 8 Danes to figure it out. The inner covers are water resistant but not waterproof (elderly Dane with leaky bladder tested this feature) but they are again, the best I can find and well worth the cost. I used to go through the $35 beds in a week or month at the best and these beds and covers have lasted YEARS (notwithstanding the puppy mentioned above). I do not even look at other beds any more.

We recycled a foam mattress in two bod beds and needed covers. Purchased two and they are great, sturdy, well-made and look good. A couple of color options would be good, charcoal is really nice, however i have one dog with a white and brown coat shedding shows which is typically of any dark color cover - hence request for a couple of color options.

My dog scratched through a denim cover so I am hoping to have better luck with this heavier material. The cover is well made and came much quicker than advertised. I'm very happy with it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, durability and delivery of this product. My dogs love it and it made an old dog bed look like new. Exactly what I was hoping for!
