Delicious mix of olives .
Marinade really good. Enough to put over your salad. Very nice container. Very good value for money . Will definitely buy again.

Taste wonderful
Same kind of olives I would normally purchase from a delicatessen counter , they taste absolutely gorgeous loads of mixed olives in a delicious oil with peppers garlic and herbs.the advantage of buying these ones is that they are swimming in oil , this means if you keep the olives covered in the oil they last ages.im a month into my 1st jar and they taste as good as when they were opened. So pleased with this product I have just purchased myself a second jar ..can't recommend them highly enough

Quality for the price point
Quality, love them. Some folk may find the slight vinegary flavour there off putting but fine with us.

👍
Beautiful accompaniment to pasta and sauce, only downside is occasionally the jugs do leak if put under pressure, and amazon loves to pack heavy stuff in with things like these. Would be good to get a plastic seal on the jar.

really tasty (before the recent recipe change)
these are fantastic olives - like the type you'd buy in a nice bar/restaurant only slight complaint is that they're so expensive because it's easy to get through the whole lot in a short time! update April 2023: these have changed. they are now pitted (no stones) and the garlic flavour is overpowering! a real shame as I've been buying these for a long time and have never been disappointed - until now

What a lot of olives!
The 'jar' is actually made of plastic but that was OK. I was surprised at how many olives are in a 1.5kG jar. It arrived on time and I ate a handful with tonight’s mixed salad. They were good. Note that the oil they are submerged in is mostly rapeseed oil. Nothing wrong with that and surplus oil can be drained off back into the container if you use a slotted spoon. You need the container to retain enough oil to submerge the remaining contents. The olives are supplied with a little widget to help keep them submerged. Make sure you replace it. Dress your salad with your own good quality olive oil. They will keep for months in the fridge as the rapeseed oil will protect them. In summary, a great price and decent quality but it's going to take ages to get through them all.

Fit for human consumption (legally)
I opened the outer plastic covering and was assaulted by a strong, unpleasant smell (apologies, but it smelled acidic, almost loose faecal). There was oil all around the top of the container. I decanted everything into sterile glass containers because the supplied container is too big to fit in my fridge and the kitchen remained smelly for a couple of hours. Some of the olives are mushy, some very hard but most taste very bitter. I though I had found anchovies in the marinade, complete with small bones but it may just be some unidentifiable grey stuff plus short, spiky, fibrous plant material. I have gone back and tasted them twice and they remain horrible. You can''t return them, by the way. I really wish that I had paid full price for proper, tasty olives rather than thinking these cheap ones would be OK.

Very tasty olives.
I was not an olive eater; however, after a recent visit to an Italian restaurant in London, I tasted a green olive in a mixture. I was pleasantly surprised, so I purchased these Marinated Pitted Olives. They were very much like what I had tasted in the restaurant, and I stand by my review; there is no bitterness at all, just that lovely marinate from where the olives have been soaked in. All in all, I'd say I am an olive convertee. 🤣
