Works well. Feels clean and I was told to only use it a couple times a month. So far it has been great

I have found that if you use it before running it will keep your mouth moist for the duration of reasonably long run (10 km). This is especially helpful when running in cold and very dry weather such as Japanese winter weather. It also very effectively eliminates bad breath.
