These work great, expensive, yet 'renewably reusable', and also just work. I use these in 1/2 gal ball liquid culture jars, and with simple 28 dollar stir plates. With the right setting, these kick up and make a vortex in 1-2 seconds, and don't get lost or tossed on my plates. 1" to 1.125" is the right for this application. These work fine and are reusable, or giftable, or tossable.

These are perfect for mixing things in our lab. They work great with the magnetic stirring plate.

Great value

I use these to make my plant tissue culture media and to help clean my explants and they work well, maybe better than the one that came with my stirrer... They're just a little bit longer. Helpful to have extra so I don't have to pull them out and clean them between steps.

These are the exact size I was looking for, I only wish the magnets were a bit stronger. But these will do for now. Thank you.
