Well worth the buy
Been after one for quite a while, it works as it should and takes batteries that I already have, makes lifr easier, the torque is pretty good, the quality is good, and best part is the cost for what I got is way better than some other brands.

Great product! Very Happy.
Been a Craftsman fan for years and never had any complaints with their products. Upgraded to the latest battery version when my old packs finally stopped holding a charge (last one that died was 10+ years old). Then started replacing the tools. Bought this ratchet as I was getting ready to do an engine swap and I wanted a spare to go along with my pneumatic one (also Craftsman)so both my son and I could wrench at the same time. Never even bothered filling the compressor. This tool ran on a single charge for the entirety of the engine removal. Finally but the battery back on the charger just because we're were done at that point. Decent amount of torque, still had to loosen quite a few before the power would take over but still way faster than by hand. I love this thing and I'm damn glad I bought it.

works ok
Works well but over-priced for what it is. Paying extra for the name on it I think. Reason I bought this was that I already had several Craftsman battery tools that work with this tool.

Very good for how I use it
I was looking for a powered ratchet to use in my work as a professional handyman. What I was really looking for is a glorified nut-runner that can reach into the very narrow and tight spaces that I have to put nuts on bolts. I don't need a powerhouse. It's mostly for furniture and cabinet assemblies that I install in local businesses stores and offices. I rate tools in 5 categories; reliability, durability, power control, ergonomics, and power potential. To qualify as a jobsite or "Pro" tool for me, a tool has to rate 3 stars or above in the first 3 categories and have an average of better than 3 stars overall. In regard to this particular tool I have used it in my work for about a month or so now. Reliability-4 stars. In all the times I've used it so far, I've had no malfunctions and no operational concerns at all. It works as it is expected to every time. Durability-4 stars. I admit I'm not the easiest on tools. I run a portable workshop so this stays in a container with other tools and gets banged around with all the rest as it gets picked up, carried around, and put down on concrete floors every day, multiple times a day. It stays frequently in a truck outside overnights in the cold and warm, etc... It has so far handled it all very well. Better than expected to be be honest. Power control-4 stars. I really like the paddle switch trigger. It is variable speed which responds well. I often need to keep things slow speed to thread a nut placed into the socket as its put into narrow and limited movement places. Then once it's been started properly, pick up speed to snug it up. The trigger lock works well and you can let off the trigger complete and turn the ratchet like a manual tool to hand tighten. Power potential-3 stars. It's only rated for 35 ft-lbs but to be honest, I don't really often need that much for the applications I use it in. So, power potential isn't a problem in my particular case but that doesn't take away from its performance otherwise. Ergonomics-3 stars. Only issue I have is ergonomics. I think the way the battery is positioned on the tool would be better done differently. As it is, especially with a bigger battery (I don't have a 2 ah Craftsman battery) it can be cumbersome trying to work flush against a flat surface. Overall, this tool has an average of 3.6. Definitely above 3 stars and headed toward 4. For its very good performance in reliability, durability, and power control, I consider this a Pro grade tool.

Worth the money
Nice addition to my toolbox. Power and right angle, value for money is fair. Does not drain the battery.
