This is the product for you! I was skeptical, but the fabric is very lightweight, and has a cotton gusset so it's very breathable. True to size and offers control of the hips, tummy, buttocks, and upper thighs so you have no lumps and bumps or jiggly parts. Proper foundation garments are so important for a neat look, and you can wear this and look good without having to wear the heavier fabric of the original Spanx products. This particular cut does sit below the belly button, so if love handles are a concern, you will need a different style than this. Highly recommend.

SPANX Women's Thinstincts Mid-Thigh Short. worked just fine. "smooths" out body parts under clothing. Got for my daughters wedding to wear under shapely lace dress. Very comfortable. I got in medium (I usually am a small). Fit fine; i think the small would have been really tight and not comfortable. (27/4, 122 lbs, 5 ft)

I ordered two pairs of these "shape wear" shorts, they are comfortable and they wash and dry well. They don't pinch or rub around the waist and the legs don't leave any marks on your thighs. Yes, I would recommend these Spanx "shape wear" shorts.

I bought these to wear with a dress that was a little tighter on my thighs that I wasn't very comfortable with. Once I put these on with the dress, I instantly felt more confident & comfortable. The material is light but definitely holds you in without being too tight. Gives a smooth look on a tighter dress & the legs did not roll up on me. Short enough to wear with a dress that hits a little above the knee. Great product!

I have tried other kinds of "control top" undergarments before -- I found them insufferable and so uncomfortable that I couldn't get past wearing them an hour. SPANX, on the other hand, has done a great job with making a product that works well and is comfortable -- so much so that I look forward to wearing dresses again, because not only does this help to reduce friction between my thighs when walking, but also it helps to keep me a bit warmer in that winter office climate (meaning, summertime, when the AC is cranked). Highly recommend trying them if you're at all considering something like this in your life!

This aren’t as comfortable or as good as a different style I previously had but they are okay. The front panel is stiff and odd. They roll down at the top which my other style didn’t do. Probably wouldn’t buy again but instead, I will continue searching for something more comfortable that doesn’t roll.

I have off brand products that do a better job than these. The product feels great but the end result looks worse than me wearing nothing. I have a little bit of weight to me, but these make it look like I'm really overweight. Without this product I don't have rolls, with it, I do. Sending back!

These shape garment tend to be very expensive . I purchase one from a major department store and it cost $90. This shaper fit just a well for a fraction of the cost. It doesn’t roll. I have worn it several time and it still has support.

Il suo lavoro lo fa, ma a differenza di altri modelli, questo tente ad arrotolarsi sulle cosce, quindi va rimesso spesso a poato, se non si vuole creare un terribile “effetto salsiccia”. Secondo me sarebbe bastato fare la gamba leggermente più lunga
