Review: Great breakfast nook bench - I spent a lot of time deciding whether or not to buy this bench since it seemed to be what I needed, but the reviews were mixed, but I’m very happy I did. Here are the highlights based on my experiences and others reviews. - it is very heavy…in my book that is good. That makes it sturdy and it appears to be real wood and not pressed plywood for the most part - I had no damaged items. It was packaged well with styrofoam all around annd inside. Anything can get damaged and shipping depending on how it’s handled so not really sure that that should be a factor. - some people commented on the paint, not being thick enough. Yes I can see the woodgrain, but it doesn’t look bad. In fact it proves its real wood and if you really need it to be a darker white, you could just paint it in my opinion it looks good. - I put this together by myself and my 13 year old son helped me a couple times - which I would say was needed. It took a little bit of time, but like I said, it’s well-made. If I did it with out stopping maybe 1.5-2 hours…but I took my time and just did it within my evening. - everything was amazingly well labeled and easy to figure out what went where. The reason it takes so long is because there is many steps and they do things the right way, like putting stoppers for the seat tops and soft clothes hinges for the storage areas. - Tons of storage!! - perfect size…fits 3-4 comfortably on it (I have teenagers) - for that price, well worth it. **Q: Do you recommend buying this nook?**
A: I do, it fits perfectly in the corner of my sunroom/breakfast room. It’s comfortable.  It is very nice quality for the price.

**Q: How many people can sit on each side of the banquette? What size and shape table would work best?**
A: This can comfortably seat 3adults per side but it would be tight. Two adults each side is spacious.  Square table would be ideal. 3x3 or 4ft x4ft.

A: I ordered custom cushions from Amazon.

**Q: What table matches it**
A: there is a round table online that matches it from the same manufacturer. However, we did not buy it. We just went with an Ottoman that can be used as a table top too. We are using this as a breakfast nook furniture - conversation and coffee area.

I spent a lot of time deciding whether or not to buy this bench since it seemed to be what I needed, but the reviews were mixed, but I’m very happy I did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Storage Bench for a Breakfast Nook

I was very wary about this products due to past reviews but once it was put together, this item is awesome. Only one panel was broken, but it wasn’t something that would affect the structure or use. It was the small panel in the corner at the bottom. I added it in the photos so you could see what I mean. It’s the only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars. It took my husband only a few hours to put together. The benches hold a lot of items and it has a fairly sturdy bottom, which happily surprised me. My family of four sat on it all at once and it was roomy enough for us all. It’s gorgeous, matches my kitchen perfectly and fits our tiny kitchen with no problem. One of the best purchases we’ve made on Amazon.
