When I received my pan I could not get on the website for the cookbook. I emailed them and just a couple of hours later they sent me the cookbook via attachment to my email. I used the pan to cook meat loaf for dinner last night. It worked great, did not have to use anything to grease the pan, the meat loaf came out easily, cleanly, with very little meat stuck to it. I put it in the dishwasher and ran the load. The pan came out very clean. I would definitely order from this company again. They have made me feel like they appreciate my business and value me as a customer. This has not happened to me in many years. (I wish the cookbook was a "regular" book and not ebook.)
